Coconut peanut butter mixed green smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

8 cups mixed greens

1 teaspoon peanut butter

2 teaspoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 Fuji apple

1 orange

1 tbsp Agave

Juice of two limes

Directions

  • Pour almond milk into blender
  • Core apple and cut into quarters
  • Remove skin of orange (seeds may remain)
  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend for about 20 seconds

TIP

Rinse the blender (and your cup) as soon as possible after making the smoothie. The easiest way is to fill the blender with water and run it for a few seconds. The ingredients dry quickly and stick to the sides, and sometimes even a powerful blender won't do the trick.
